TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Immediately
By scheduling any service with Avai Property Solutions LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions and authorize Avai Property Solutions LLC to charge your credit card on file.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
Avai Property Solutions LLC is committed to providing high-quality, professional cleaning services. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will send a crew back to re-clean the affected area within 48 business hours of the original service.
No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued in place of a redo.
The redo is the sole remedy for service concerns related to quality.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service, clients agree to the following:
Home Access
You must provide safe and reliable access via door code, lockbox, or physical access.
If we are unable to access your property, a lockout fee will be charged (see Cancellation & Lockout Policy).
Alarm Systems
Alarm systems must be disarmed prior to arrival.
If you choose to leave an alarm armed, you assume all responsibility for false alarms, misuse, and any resulting fines or service charges.
You agree to hold harmless and release Avai Property Solutions LLC from all liability relating to alarm system failures or activations. No exceptions.
Full Access & Clean Readiness
Our technicians clean using a structured system for efficiency and quality.
Requests to clean in a different order must be scheduled in advance and may result in additional hourly charges, billed in 15-minute increments.
Homes must be reasonably picked up prior to arrival. Excess clutter, heavy buildup, or underestimated conditions may result in additional hourly charges.
Unsafe or Unsanitary Conditions
We do not clean:
Bug infestations
Bodily fluids
Hoarding conditions
Fire damage
Extensive grease or hazardous substances
If our team feels unsafe for any reason, they will leave the property.
If we are unable to complete the cleaning due to unsafe conditions, the full service fee still applies.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & LOCKOUT POLICY
A minimum 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice that are not rescheduled within 7 days will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
We require a minimum of three (3) recurring services for all ongoing service agreements (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
Repeated cancellations—even for illness or emergencies—may still incur fees at our discretion.
Lockouts & Being Sent Away
Cleaning hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
If our team is locked out or sent away during working hours, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Company-Initiated Reschedules
If we must reschedule due to holidays, extreme weather, or emergencies, we will make every effort to reschedule as close to your regular service date as possible.
BREAKAGE & DAMAGE POLICY
If you request that we:
Clean inside china cabinets or hutches
Handle antiques, collectibles, electronics
Wash dishes, start laundry
Use client-supplied equipment
You agree to hold harmless and release Avai Property Solutions LLC and its employees from all liability related to those items.
Accidents must be reported within 2 business days of service.
Identical replacement will be attempted but is not guaranteed.
We are not liable for damage due to:
Poor installation
Faulty materials
Normal wear and tear
Lack of maintenance
PRICING & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Avai Property Solutions LLC reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time.
Changes to service scope after an estimate may result in additional charges or a new estimate.
Due to liability, we do not provide care for pets, plants, or children.
PAYMENT OPTIONS & AUTHORIZATION
We accept:
Check, Cash, Visa/Mastercard, Venmo, and Bank Transfers
$45 NSF fee on all returned checks
If a check is not received on the day of service, the credit card on file will be charged—no exceptions
Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a fee of $25 or 15% of the balance (whichever is greater)
Cash must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the office
Verbal authorization to begin service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and permission to charge the card on file
All initial and one-time cleanings require pre-authorization
LATE INVOICE & PAST-DUE POLICY
Payment is due upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days are considered past due.
A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will be applied after 14 days.
Additional late fees may accrue every 14 days thereafter.
Services may be paused or withheld on all past-due accounts.
SOCIAL MEDIA PHOTO RELEASE
We take before-and-after photos for training, documentation, and marketing.
By booking service, you grant Avai Property Solutions LLC permission to:
Take photographs of cleaned areas
Use images for marketing and promotional purposes
Publish on platforms including (but not limited to): Instagram, Facebook, website, and other media
If you do not want photos taken, you must notify us before service begins.
PET POLICY
For the safety of our team and your pets:
Pets must be secured, crated, or off-site prior to arrival
We do not walk, feed, medicate, or handle pets
Aggressive animals may result in paused or canceled service
Avai Property Solutions LLC is not responsible for unsecured pets
NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES
By entering into a service agreement with Avai Property Solutions LLC, you agree not to solicit or hire any of our employees directly for home-related services.
If solicitation is confirmed:
A $3,500 referral and training fee per employee will be assessed
This reflects our investment in recruiting, vetting, and training
We consider our team our most valuable asset and protect them accordingly.
FINAL LEGAL PROTECTION
Avai Property Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of all current Terms.
